Today we are going to talk about 'Making More Money' by getting your home 'Market-Ready' and how it helped my Cleveland Park seller make an extra $400,000!

Initially, things were a bit chaotic. It was the holidays and the seller was packing to move, so we decided to quietly market the property 'Under the Radar' to over 20,000 neighbors.

About eight people took a look at the house and we got an offer of $1.1 million. The seller turned it down, finished packing and moved out.


Our seller got $400,000 more once the home was market-ready!

Affordable interest rates continue to fuel demand.

While the inventory of homes for sale is up 21.9% compared to last year, it remains very low, continuing to frustrate buyers.

This seller's market is all about supply & demand, with competing offers above full price. This year my sellers are getting 107% of list price in an average of 3 days.
